Project Registration Made Easy
Navigating the project registration process doesn’t have to be overwhelming. At Equitable Access, we make it easy by handling everything for you, including submitting your project through the Texas Architectural Barriers Online System (TABS).
- Our Service: Flat Fee of $50 for project submission (Note: TDLR requires a separate registration fee).
- How to Get Started: Complete Form EAB-205N (PDF) and email it to us, and we’ll take care of the rest.
- Registering Yourself: Set up a TABS Account, pay the registration fee ($175 standard / $300 late), and submit payment via credit card on the Comptroller’s website.
